  • Symphony S6 Cell sorting Services: Mon 2:00pm-5:00pm, Tue-Fri 10am-5:00pm

Overview of Services: ICR Flow Cytometry Facility is based across both sites Chelsea (Chester Beatty Laboratories) and Sutton (Brookes Lawley Building). ICR Flow Cytometry Facility provides primarily the ICR community and external users with an essential scientific/technology platform (STP) that includes:

  • Instrument Training 
  • Cell sorting Service
  • Panel Design
  • Support with Applications and Assasy
  • Protocol Optimization
  • Data Analysis (FlowJO, FCS Express and Cytobank) and many more.

  1. BD LSR II Cell Analyzer - Brochure (user operated) | £33.86/hr | Note! BD LSR II is not currently on the service contract. If this is of concern, please contact our team at earliest.

FLOW CYTOMETRY USER GROUP 2024/25

This user group aims to provide feedback and discussion regards the Flow Cytometry user issues/enquiries. In addition, to also help with future planning and development of ICR Flow Cytometry Facility. This user group has members for each site representing various groups and departments and the list will be updated annually to reflect the changes.

 The feedback from our User Group Meeting will be valuable and essential for RICe Committee to ensure that our researchers are supported with essential Research Infrastructure and systems.

 

FluoroFinder: Integrated free online tool for panel design, sharing and purchasing antibodies/dyes. This tool has the configuration of all our instruments (ICR Flow Cytometry Facility) and also guides the user with brightness and spectral overlap/spillover to adjacent channels and helps desing better panel.
